鋼筋冷拉是在常溫條件下,以超過原來鋼筋屈服點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度的拉應(yīng)力,強(qiáng)行拉伸鋼筋,使鋼筋產(chǎn)生一塑性變形達(dá)到提高鋼筋屈服點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度和節(jié)約鋼材的目的。 此處常溫為平均室外溫度大于5℃。
鋼筋冷拔時(shí),鋼筋同時(shí)經(jīng)受張拉和擠壓而發(fā)生塑性變形,拔出的鋼筋截面積減小,產(chǎn)生冷作強(qiáng)化,抗拉強(qiáng)度可提高40—90%。冷拉和冷拔是金屬冷加工的兩種不同的方法,兩者并非一個(gè)概念。冷拉指在金屬材料的兩端施加拉力,使材料產(chǎn)生拉伸變形的方法。

這兩種冷加工都是以犧牲鋼材的變形能力為代價(jià),達(dá)到了提高強(qiáng)度和硬度的效果,但是經(jīng)過處理后的鋼材屈強(qiáng)比增大,安全儲(chǔ)備降低,延性降低,破壞前不再有明顯的變形發(fā)生。對(duì)于可能承受動(dòng)力荷載的部位或重要部位是禁止使用此類鋼筋的。
